D3R Disaster Risk Response is currently progressing through registration with the Charity Commission for England and Wales. We are building the organisation to the highest standards of governance, transparency, and safeguarding from the outset—ensuring we are ready to deliver fast, effective, and trusted disaster response when it matters most.
Board of Trustees
Will provide independent oversight, protect the mission, and ensure long-term integrity. Stewardship over control — focused on governance, not operations.

Advisory Board
To inject world-class expertise, insight, and access without governance burden. Subject-matter experts who provide non-fiduciary advice across crisis leadership, comms, security, remote medicine, and MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning).
Providing specialist advice (crisis response, security, humanitarian operations, technology, funding), support strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
